This 1975 Alfa Romeo GTV 2000 previously spent time in Texas before it was purchased and move to Washington and relocated to Tennessee in 2023. Subsequent work has included servicing the brake system as well as replacing the door and window seals, windshield wiper motor, fuel tank, and driveshaft center support. The worn body panels are finished in faded blue paint, and power is provided by a 1,962cc Twin Cam inline-four linked with a five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Equipment includes fog lights, power-assisted disc brakes, Euro-spec camshafts, SPICA fuel injection, 15″ steel wheels, lowering springs, and front bucket seats. This GTV is now offered with spare parts.
The car is finished in peeling, cracking, and faded blue paint, and rust is present on numerous body panels. Exterior details include fog lights, wrap-around front and rear bumpers, and a single exhaust outlet. The windshield is delaminating, the left-rear bumper overrider is damaged, and there is a hole in the right-front fender from the removed antenna. The door and window seals along with the windshield wiper motor were replaced.
Modified 15” steel wheels are mounted with 185/65 Ohtsu FP7000 tires showing date codes from 2020. Lowering springs have been fitted to the car, and it was factory equipped with an independent double-wishbone setup and anti-roll bar up front paired with a live axle, lower trailing arms, and a reaction trunnion out back. Stopping power is provided by disc brakes at all four corners. A brake system service was recently completed.
The cabin features front bucket seats and a contoured rear bench upholstered in brown vinyl as well as color-coordinated door panels and wood-veneer dashboard trim. Interior appointments include manual-crank windows, pop-out pivoting rear side windows, and a locking glovebox. The radio and air conditioning compressor have been removed, and torn upholstery, a cracked dashboard, and worn trim are shown up close in photos below.
The wood-rimmed Personal steering wheel is worn and frames instrumentation including a tachometer with an inset oil pressure gauge accompanied by a 140-mph speedometer and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. The five-digit odometer shows 97k miles, approximately 1k of which were added under current ownership. The fuel-level gauge was repaired in preparation for the sale, and the odometer and instrument cluster lights do not work. Total mileage is unknown.
The 1,962cc Twin Cam inline-four was reportedly rebuilt under previous ownership, and it features SPICA mechanical fuel injection and European-spec camshafts. The fuel system was serviced under current ownership, which included replacing the fuel tank.
Power is routed to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. The driveshaft center support was reportedly replaced under current ownership. Rust is seen on underbody components including the rear floor pan.
Spare and removed parts are included in the sale.
