This 1973 Porsche 911T is a non-running project that was acquired by the seller two years ago. The car is equipped with a fuel-injected 2.4-liter flat-six paired with a five-speed manual transaxle, and modifications include a fiberglass ducktail spoiler, fiberglass rear bumper, flared rear fenders, and an impact bumper hood and front fenders. The glass, exterior trim, and most of the interior has been removed, and the car retains a set of factory seats. This 911T is offered with a clean California title in the seller’s name.
The car features flared rear fenders over staggered-width wheels, and the bodywork is coated in a mix of primers. The seller notes that the front pair of wheels are aftermarket Fuchs replicas, and a better set of correct-size rear Fuchs were fitted since the photos were taken. A fiberglass engine cover with ducktail spoiler is fitted, as is a fiberglass rear bumper. The glass and much of the trim has been removed, and a selection of included items are shown in the gallery.
The roof has been cut for a sunroof, and the car has been fitted with later impact bumper era fenders and hood.
The interior retains factory front seats with headrests, a pair of rear seats, a four-spoke steering wheel, and instrumentation. The carpets, interior panels, and door panels have been removed. 88k miles are shown, though the true total is unknown.
The 2.4-liter air-cooled flat-six is equipped with mechanical fuel injection and is paired with a 5-speed manual transaxle. The car retains a factory intake assembly, and additional photos of the engine are provided in the gallery.
Holes are shown at the leading edge of the floor pan and between the forward torsion bar mounts, and modifications are visible at the front of the trunk pan.
Photos are provided of the brakes and inner wheel wells with the wheels removed.
