This 1966 Chevrolet Corvette convertible is a non-running project fitted with a 327ci V8 paired with a four-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes a removable hardtop, 15″ steel wheels, and four-wheel disc brakes. An uninstalled dashboard, instrument cluster, steering column, wiring harness, glovebox, AM/FM radio, taillights, bumpers, door sills, and brake master cylinders are included in the sale. This C2 project was acquired by the seller in 2023 and is now offered with additional parts and a clean Kentucky title in the seller’s name.
The fiberglass body shows wear and damage, and corrosion is visible on the windshield surround. A replacement windshield was fitted under current ownership. There is no soft top. A removable hardtop and uninstalled taillights and bumpers are included in the sale.
Black-finished 15″ steel wheels and disc brakes are mounted at all four corners, though the rest of the brake system has been removed. Two brake master cylinders are included in the sale.
The cabin is stripped and has two bucket seats that show wear and damage. An uninstalled dashboard, instrument cluster, steering column, wiring harness, glovebox, AM/FM radio, and door sills are included in the sale.
The 327ci V8 is paired with a four-speed manual transmission and is said to have been installed under previous ownership. The seller states that the engine does not run and that its internal condition is unknown. Stamping and casting numbers are shown in the gallery.
Rust is present on the frame and suspension components. The seller notes that the end cap on the passenger side needs to be replaced.
