This 1968 Porsche 911S was sold new by Raffay and Co. in Hamburg, Germany and later spent time in Ohio before being acquired by the seller out of Georgia in 2018. The car retains its numbers-matching 2.0-liter flat-six and Type 902 five-speed manual transaxle. The body wears aged red paint and features 15″ Fuchs wheels, lighting, window glass, and partial interior trim. Described as a non-running project, this SWB 911S is offered at no reserve with an owner’s manual, a Kardex, a collection of spare body parts, legal ownership documentation, and a clean Florida title.

Stamping 4080758 is visible on the engine case while the transaxle reads 4280741, with both numbers matching those given on the Kardex. Following his acquisition, the seller discovered that the car had been stolen in Ohio in 1974 and never recovered. Notarized documents from the NICB, the Stark County Sheriff in Canton, Ohio, and Geico Insurance detail the historical situation and the release of interest in the car to the seller. The riveted VIN plate is missing, while the stamp behind the interior knee pad reads “11800675” and matches that given on the paperwork in the gallery.
